We try our very hardest to get your order to you as fast as humanly* possible so from Monday-Friday, place your order by 11am (GMT+13) and we’ll ship it same day using your chosen shipping method.
*Sometimes factors outside of our control make it impossible for us to adhere to the above processing times but we will always try our very best.
If you are located outside of New Zealand, we recommend DHL because you will get a delivery guarantee (and you will get it faster).
Any NZ domestic orders received at and exceeding $100 will qualify for FREE Express Postage (Courier Post).

VapingMad does not profit from postage and packaging services offered. We offer the best rates that are available to us at this time to ensure your items arrive safely. Our final postage rates include a $2 handling fee to cover the cost of safe packaging materials.
VapingMad ships internationally to select countries via DHL. Shipping prices vary for each international destination. If your country is not listed on our site, please email us for more details on how to place an order with VapingMad.
VapingMad will forward your tracking number when our VapingMad distribution centre has loaded all applicable data.
VapingMad takes due care to ensure your parcel reaches you in the condition it was packed. VapingMad will not be held responsible for mishandling of a parcel under the care of a third party including New Zealand Post, Courier Post or DHL. This includes transit damage or missing parcels.
Any request for Authority To Leave parcels is the responsibility of you as the customer. VapingMad will not be held accountable for items left in the requested safe place nor for stolen or missing parcels.
